As the IT culture becomes more complex, Littlefish IT Support strives for simplicity. If you are an IT professional, you know your business and we respect that. We want to be an IT company that is working with you to enhance your solution.

But if you’re not so technically minded, we respect you too. We strive to be viewed as an IT company that gives simple, clear advice, not techno-babble. From the feedback from our clients, we know just how important it is to be technical without being patronising and we’re proud that we achieve that every day.

Driven by the need to raise the standard that people expected from outsourced IT companies, right from the outset Littlefish’s main goal was to give the best possible service to their clients. A classic back bedroom start-up Littlefish’s founders pushed technical support on past the local boundaries of the Midlands and expanded to cover the whole of the UK and the rest of the world.

As IT companies grow, their values and success can be diluted by external financial investment and weakened by poor branch office management. However after 6 years of continued success, we’re still under 100% private ownership and now with offices spread all over the UK and we still keep a centralised grip on our direction so we can consistently deliver what our clients need.

With many original clients still retaining our IT services for their company’s support services, Littlefish’s constant investment into both staff development, company growth and service delivery has paid dividends as we have recently been voted number 10 in the world top 5000 MSP Rankings.

One of our strengths is the way in which we manage the transfer of our client’s from their existing IT company to Littlefish. Starting with our account management department, you can be sure that you know who you can contact and how best to do that. With four different means of getting to an engineer, you can be assured that someone will be there to assist you when you need them to be there.
