IT company Yahoo has had its IT engineers use IT Support and make a change when talking about users of its email IT service, Yahoo Mail. So, now IT connectivity users have the possibility to update their Facebook status by not leaving their inbox on Yahoo. The IT company seems to like social networks more and more as it continues to integrate some new features in its services. A connection between Yahoo Mail and Facebook accounts is needed. USers of both Yahoo Mail and Facebook will get emails from friends with Facebook notifications, after both account are connected to each other. So, an email from a friend will include Facebook profile pictures and current status. Besides having the possibility to edit their status from their inboxes, users will also be able to import email addresses of Facebook friends to Yahoo contacts, a feature that was presented last month. Since Carol Bartz took over as chief executive in January 2009, Yahoo has been working on becoming a social networking hub.
