IT Support is being used by the team of IT engineers from IT company TalkTalk in order to solve the issues caused to their email and telephony IT services because of an outage. The Internet site of the company had an error message that said "We're experiencing a technical issue this morning that means you can't access our website, or visit MyAccount, at the moment. This issue also led to disrupted voice services for some customers, who were unable to make or receive calls for a short time." At the moment is not clear which services don't work, but according to a spokesperson, the broadband services should work.
