By using IT Support, Rogue Amoeba has brought an update to its IT service - Radioshift 1.5 which can pull thousands of streams and even more than its predecessor. Radioshift gives you the possibilty to search internet radio streams by different categories like name, genre and also you can play them live or even record them. If you choose to record them, you can transfer them to iTunes or any audio editor.
Also, the IT company said that this improved version of Radioshift can make our lives easier as it can restart a bad stream because of the fact that it can access over 100,000 streams that weren't available before. The IT service is available on Mac OS X 10.5, is free of cost only for registered users and the playback is on the display all the time. New users get a free demo version and in order to use it, they have to pay 32 dollars.
