IT company Pioneer announced that it's leaving the TV business to concentrate on in-car audio and at the CES it described it's plan to go from the current "semi-connected world" to a "connected" one. It also said that the plan is to focus on new IT products and IT services that can work with Apple’s iPod and iPhones to get IT connectivity to cars form all around the world.
The PandoraLink product was another surprise from the IT service provider that works a a normal radio source as the driver can link its iPhone to a Pandora internet radio account. Another particular product was the one that can show a graphical representation of a driver's eco-performance and that is called Eco Graph. More than 12 products were announced and Pioneer said that they will be available in Europe in the near future.
