Nokia Launches New Music Service in India

Littlefish News

On Thursday IT company Nokia revealed a new music IT service in India that's on the Internet available for IT connectivity users. The IT service is called Ovi Music Unlimited (OMU) and it offers something rather incredible: free and unlimited music downloads for one year to buyers of certain models of Nokia's IT products, its phones. The interesting thing is that users have the possibility to keep the music that is protected under digital rights management. Users can keep the music even after the free download period is over. This service resembles Nokia "Comes with Music" service. However, Nokia decided to have another name for the service in India because of the fact that it was localized for the country. Another interesting thing is that because of the fact that broadband is not something as spread as in other countries, the IT company has reduced the size of the Ovi client from 60 MB to 3MB to make it easier to download in India, a spokeswoman for Nokia India said.
