IT company Nokia has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, because it believes that Apple's IT products iPhones, iPods, and Macs infringe on the Finnish phonemaker's patents. The IT services provider claims that Apple used patented technology - seven Nokia patents were used by Apple in "virtually all of its mobile phones, portable music players, and computers."Nokia said that the patented technologies are important to Nokia's success because they provide better IT services like user experience, lower manufacturing costs, smaller size for Nokia products. "The ITC case filed today is about Apple's practice of building its business on Nokia's proprietary innovation," said Paul Melin, general manager for patent licensing at Nokia.
