UK Identities Sold Cheaply on the Net

With just £80, anyone can purchase financial identities on the internet from cyber scammers. The package include names, addresses, passport numbers and classified financial information like credit card numbers.
According to Get Safe Online group, the public needs to be more vigilant to deter internet crimes. The group says around sixty percent of people now are handling finances in the web which are easily taken advantage of cyber criminals.
Get Safe also noted that online markets that are usually hosted in nations with lenient policies against internet offenses sell wads of data gathered from intensive attacks against scantily secured computers from more affluent countries. The group reckons that approximately half of the total number of computer users in the UK are susceptible to attacks due to lack of online security programs and unupdated security software.
