IT company ARM that designs chips says that Nvidia's new IT product -Tegra 2 system-on-a-chip has used IT Support to be advanced enough to be compared with performance of traditional laptops. Showing a netbook at the CES that had the Tegra 2 platform running, people were stunned as the machine performed tasks without any problems.
The software ran smoothly when using 1080p HD video playback, 3D photo slideshows and Cover Flow-style music menus. It seems that Tegra 2 and the Cortex A9 processor are a real threat for Intel's Core processors. Also, the mobile processing and graphics power which are increasing, will give ideas of new machines that sit between laptops and smartphones.
