Microsoft Removes Office From Web Store

Littlefish News

IT company Microsoft has removed it's IT product - Office 2007 from its Internet store. This happens a day after the court deadline that forced the IT service provider to pull out some components from the product. From Tuesday morning people that visited Microsoft's Web store were informed that they don't have the possibility to buy boxed versions of the Office 2007 software."This product currently available as a download only. Package product is temporarily not available," the message said. Probably the software maker couldn't supply its stocks with the legal versions of the product before the deadline. However, Amazon, Best Buy and Staples continued selling boxing versions of the software even on Tuesday. Microsoft isn't allowed to sell versions of Word that feature XML editing tools.
