IT Support is a constant need in the world of the Internet and when it comes to IT security. So, at the Black Hat USA 2010 conference, IT companies such as Microsoft and Adobe have partnered up in order to review the impact of some IT security initiatives on IT services users. Also, the companies provided security information and promoted cooperation among the IT industry when it comes to security. Regarding the incident with the responsible disclosure that happened between Google and Microsoft, Dave Forstrom, director of Microsoft's Trustworthy Computing Group said that "Customers don't care about the competitive differences in the market. They want to know that vendors are working together to protect them. We've reached the point in threat landscape that one company can no longer solve online crime. No one is really exempt from helping to ensure safety on the Internet."
