South Korea Charges the North of Spyware Attacks

South Korea's military command and control center has been steered with a series of spyware attacks allegedly operated by North Korea.  The attacks were administered through email attachments aimed to filch documents from breached computers.  A woman facing trial in South Korea on charges of treason is reported to have sent the malicious emails, got some military information, and sent the list to North Korea.

The woman decamped to North Korea in 2005.  She is said to have feigned as a South Korean loyalist and lectured on the evils of Kim II Sung's communist regime in some military bases. Her aim is to entice army officers in exchange for military secrets.
