IT Directors Consider Staffing Increase

Despite the current economic setback, half of IT directors have decided to increase their manpower over the next 12 months. The research conducted by Rethink Recruitment showed that 49% of IT directors are seriously planning to raise the number of their IT support staff. 69% of IT departments are preparing to increase or maintain their contractor number for the next 12 months. 
The survey depicts the need of more IT support staff to deliver productivity and help alter today’s reeling economy. Most IT directors anticipate more economic workload next year.
