A very warm welcome to the new technical support team starters during a busy month at Littlefish.
We are expanding our team and have employed a new on-site field engineer. This role will provide additional resource for on-site presence for our IT managed service clients and will fulfil part of the desk-side IMAC team.
To supplement the Infrastructure Support Team at Littlefish we have appointed an additional Senior Infrastructure Engineer. This position will be used to act as an escalation point on support issues as well as a project resource for our clients remotely and on-site.
We also welcome aboard a new Infrastructure Analyst. Adding further strength to the Littlefish Infrastructure Support Team we have added a new engineer who will assume responsibility with regards to Knowledge Management, focused on the back-end infrastructure of our clients. This client targeted infrastructure knowledge will then be further cascaded throughout the wider Infrastructure team producing a solid information base.
In the IT Service Desk we have another 2 newcomers, Littlefish welcome our new Service Desk Analysts in addition to the recent new recruits. This adds strength to the current Service Desk team and has enabled the development of the Littlefish POD system. The Littlefish POD system ensures that the IT service desk is genuinely client centric and delivered by consistent, named Service Desk and Infrastructure engineers allocated specifically to our clients. This is effectively a team-within-a-team, with familiar, trusted, regular primary support contacts that own service delivery for each designated client.
Littlefish are currently looking for additional accredited IT Service Desk engineers (1st/2nd line support) that can demonstrate a track record and a desire to develop further.
