Internet Sales Take a Plunge, Report Says

A report from the Net Behaviour company shows that the number of people buying products and services over the internet has plummeted. The total quantity of acquisitions fell by two percent from that of last year. A five percent decrease has been seen in DVD and online flight sales. Revenues generated from other products and services have crashed as well.
Online shopping has become widely popular across the internet industry; however, the recent worlwide economic downturn made a massive impact on the sales made over the internet. People are tightening their belts to overcome the weak economic condition, and all industries are affected by the sudden constraint in consumer expenditures.
