Symantec Creates a Startup Atmosphere

Symantec, a leading security company, has built a new Incubator division that would allow its engineers to work in a startup atmosphere. The Symanctec Protection Network or SPN was the first Incubator project that the company introduced to the Incubator group. It was formed earlier this year and since then, it has paved the way for three other Incubator projects.


Incubator delivers staffers from company limitations. Symantec see it as a crucial way to keep the company progressing in the long run. It is also deemed as a driving force to retain engineers who have the brain waves that may be suitable to Symantec's product lines.



Incubator is now open to all Symantec workers. They can also submit their own business projects through a website in the company's intranet.
