Internode, a telecommunications carrier, has revealed the availability of Ironport spam and virus filter technology as part of its services to small and medium enterprise customers.


The Business Mail Filter protects business customers who run their own mail servers against spams and viruses. Using the IronPort spam and virus filter system, Internode has based the new service on its internal email protection system. Furthermore, the company deploys a variety of technologies to attain the highest levels of filtering.



Business Mail Filter is offered at $50 for a once-off establishment fee. Another $25 is charged per service plus  $1 per email address . One service is needed for every domain filtered name.
