Ministry of Defence Fleeting to Block Wikileaks

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) is reported to be working round the clock to ensure the censorship of Wikileaks within its premises. 
 

According to The Guardian newspaper, the department decided to move against the site following reports that a number of individuals and protesters were using Wikileaks to post classified information. MoD managers were overwhelmed by the scope of the problem and are concerned how it could impact the department as a whole. 

 

Wikileaks is a website that publishes unknown submissions and data leaks from the government, businesses, and even religious groups. Just one year after its launching, the site's database had massively expanded to over than 1.2 million documents.
