Hacker Accountable for Breaching Twitter Gets Analysis Job

The teenage hacker, Michael Mooney, who caused chaos to micro-blogging site Twitter last Easter was auspiciously asked by a web application development company to join its workforce. Mooney claimed responsibility over the worms that breached Twitter, resulting to the removal of 1,000 updates.

The exqSoft Solutions offered the teen a programming job, assessing security of novel applications.

According to the company’s CEO Travis Rowland, he found Mooney’s website interesting, which prompted him to contact the teen. He then knew Mooney built it without using any programming tools. Rowland offered the job right after, impressed by the teens remarkable skills. Mooney is set to do security analysis for the firm.
