Littlefish Lab is an invaluable tool in proactive network management. It comprises a range of diagnostic and monitoring tools allowing problems to be pre-empted and prevented meaning improved stability and greater uptime.
The agent is installed on the server and/or workstations. It monitors the hardware state as well as Anti Virus, WSUS, Backups, Exchange Server, Event Logs and more. Our technical systems monitor the agents real time, automatically creating support tickets when critical errors are detected. Out team are alerted of any potential problems so we can let you know, and repair as required.
