Kaspersky Update Makes Google Mistake
Because of an IT security update to the IT service from IT company, Google Adsense was seen as a malicious script. So, the false alarm made the Kaspersky anti-virus users think that the Internet sites they were visiting were infected with malicious Trojan-linked JavaScript. This happened a few hours after the bit.ly web address was added on Kaspersky's blocklist.Network admins had to deal with many inquires because of the issue. The Russian company said that it was aware of the Adsense problem and and that it will get a new update in the near future, meaning as soon as possible. However, there were no other details provided. These things seem to happen all the time with IT security packages wrongly identify general application as malware. Getting such a widely used web application as Google Adsense on the blocklist creates even more confusion
