Google Hackers Hit More than 100 Companies

It seems that Internet company Google was hit by hackers that also broke the IT security of more than other 100 IT companies. This information comes from a report made by IT products vendor Isec Partners and it looks like the problem with these attacks is very serious. After a victim's PC gets compromised, hackers do their best to find out as many usernames and passwords as they can and then steal sensitive information.

Alex Stamos, a partner with Isec Partners, said that "It's easily over 100 companies. The interesting thing to me about these attackers is they're very patient. They'll spend a lot of time writing custom malware to get around people's antivirus. They'll use a social network to learn about one person in the company, and then will send emails or chats messages as that person's friend." IT engineers have been investigating the attacks and found out that important technology companies such as Intel, Adobe, and Symantec were victims of the attack which came from China.
