Working at Little Fish brings with it the daily challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. Through having a wide client base, comes a vast variety of systems which contain both generic and bespoke software all being used by a large number of end users.

In our sector, what’s important is resolving the issues suffered by our clients in the most effective way possible. We look at the symptoms which the end user is suffering from as well as the root cause of the problem to avoid the issue occurring again.

Life at Little Fish is fast-paced and dynamic, with the opportunity to grow. We need employees to be keen to learn and keen to develop their skills to make the best out of the opportunities that Little Fish can bring. In return, we look to involve our staff in training for the diverse range of systems and software that we support to fill in the skills gaps identified.

If you’re a recruiter: We currently have an approved suppliers list, with selected supplier who both understand our needs very well but also currently work to our agreed terms, which are:

  • Fees capped at either 10% of annual salary or £1500.00, whichever is the lower.
  • Payment on 60 days from date of employment
  • Sliding scale of fee clawbacks for the first 12 weeks of employment (probationary period)
