Women Still Hesitant to Pursue IT Careers

Although a soaring number of women are seen to have embarked on the IT world, many are still building a wall between them and a successful IT career. According to a survey, around 58 percent think that being women made it harder for them to climb up the ladder in a world dominated by men. About 55 percent believe they are not earning as much as their male associates do.
