New Facebook Tool - IT Security Issue

IT Support is something Facebook users need to take into account because of a new tool that puts their IT security in danger. According to IT company F-Secure, an IT security software vendor, this new tool - "reply to this e-mail to comment on this status" - can and will be exploited by hackers if they have the chance. After all, nowadays the Internet is not secure for anyone, especially when communicating on online social networks.

This new feature from Facebook gives people the possibility to post messages on other Facebook user's profile and the thing is that if a hacker decides to exploit it, he could do something like compromising its account. Even though Facebook's intentions are good, as it wants its users to be able to respond quickly to any notifications through their emails, this is an IT security flaw. Of course, there is the possibility to change the settings of their accounts and then, users can decide for themselves if they want to receive email notifications or not.
