Majority of IT Managers Have Cloud Budget
Around 66 percent of IT managers said they have especially alloted a budget for cloud computing, according to an Applied Research survey. It was funded by F5 Networks, wherein 250 managers from the IT support industry were polled.Around 71 percent of the respondents also said they expect to see a significant growth in cloud computing over the next two years. With the overwhelming results, one could say that cloud computing have become widely popular among businesses in the IT sector. Furthermore, 82 percent of those polled said they are in "in some stage of trial, implementation or use of public clouds."
The firms surveyed had at least 2,500 employees. Participants included a group of IT managers, IT directors, senior VPs, and VPs. The IT managers believe that software-as-a-service will not be a vital aspect in cloud computing.
