Kaspersky Doesn't Agree with Microsoft

Because of the fact that IT Support and IT security don't seem to be high on the priority list of IT company Microsoft, security chief Eugene Kaspersky has attacked the software giant's strategy. The IT security company has recently launched its newest version of its security IT service called Kaspersky Pure. The Russian CEO doesn't believe that Microsoft's free Security Essentials software is good enough.

The Russian CEO said that "I don't really believe in this project. Microsoft security is like a man with a golf set on the London Underground - something's wrong. Microsoft has a lot of different businesses: Windows, Office, keyboards. Security is priority number 20 or 30. The resources are spent on the most serious projects. Brand Microsoft doesn't care about security. Microsoft can change people's minds and make people think Microsoft is [about] security, but that will cost billions of dollars, I'm afraid." So, he doesn't believe the software from Microsoft could even compete with Kaspersky.
