IT Faces Lengthy Financial Downturn, Forrester Research Says

Forrester Researach cautioned technology vendor clients that IT expenditure could be slated for a "long and deep recession". This denotes numerous quarters of IT purchases regression, according to Forrester analyst Andrew Bartels.
