Finally, Nexus One users can get the IT Support they need when having troubles with the IT product. Google has finally decided to help users to get better IT Support and that's why it opened a telephone support line. Also, this is a move that the IT company made because of the fact that its support forums were full of complaints. Of course, the product should have had telephone support from the beginning, not just after a month from the launch because it would have been easier to deal with problems.

Until now, users could only get IT Support on the Internet, by receiving an email with solutions after at least three days. Because of the fact that the phone had problems and time was an issue, Google had its forums filled with complaints. "By design, we focused initially on providing the best possible customer support through our online channel, and our experience in the four weeks since the Nexus One launch enabled us to significantly enhance that on-line support offering," the IT company said.
