Verizon Offers Tech Support Similar to Geek Squad

Internet service provider Verizon is launching its own version of Geek Squad which will offer 24/7 in-depth technical support for software and hardware problems. The group, dubbed as Expert Care, will also be responsible for doing repairs and providing replacement coverage for computers, TVs, and telephone equipment.


Verizon will offer three types of services namely, the device protection plan, premium technical support, and premium on-site support plan. Prices will vary according to services subscribed by its customers.
