New Service To Impel Women Into IT Jobs

Women in Technology has instituted a new consultancy service that would enable women to excel in the IT industry.  The move is part of the organization's aim to aid female workers in building successful careers as tech workers.


The consultancy service includes contingency recruitment for positions on the mid-level and top management of  Women in Technology. Women will also have the ability to access information on encouraging, retaining, and progressing women's careers in IT.



With the emergence of the new service, Women in Technology will now be able assume a consultancy role with business organizations to enhance their recruitment, employment distinction, and involvement initiatives.



Madeleine Wachman, Women in Technology's recruitment services manager, said the service will cater the demand for a more functional consultancy. She also added that while the company is focusing on how to promote women in IT,  the work for clients and shortlist collated will show the mutiformity of the IT market.
