Clone-Maker Open Tech Up for Sale

Open Tech, a company who sells Intel-based computers that can run Apple Inc.'s Mac OS X, has decided to put itself up for sale. Open Tech President, Elijah Samaroo, revealed the company's plan in an email stating, "Open Tech is For sale. This includes all trade secrets and brand equity. Thank you for your time."
Open Tech has information about the sale on their website.  For just $50,000, the buyer will get the company name, company website, its trade secrets, press contacts, and two Open Tech machines with the OS of the buyer's choice. Open Tech's offer may seem very alluring, but a company with built-in legal trouble would most likely invite less interested buyers.
