New Customer Feedback Management Tool Launched
Managemycomplaints.com (MMC) has unveiled a new tool that fosters closer relationship between customers and SMEs. The tool allows businesses to record, manage, and report customer comments, providing them with a wide overview of how customers value them as a company.With the tool’s release, MMC aims to develop retention rates amidst recession. Companies can also enhance their B2B relationships through establishing their customer-centered credentials to potential business partners.
“Previously, it was wrongly assumed that only large corporates in a B2C setting could afford a specialist customer complaint and feedback management solution and benefit from tracking and handling customer feedback,” MMC marketing manager Andrew Aldred said.
