Navigon Updates Navigator Tool For Smartphones
Navigon has announced a new version of its navigation software for Windows Mobile and Symbian smartphones. MobileNavigator 7 calculates routes more quickly, according to the company, and includes features such as Lane Assistant and Speed Assistant to display speed limits, and optional weather updates.Users can also access traffic information services and a safety camera database, while users of the Symbian version can also use the Pedestrian feature for directions while travelling on foot.
MobileNavigator 7 costs £89.99 with European map information, or £69.99 for just UK and Eire. An optional FreshMaps servicebuys updates over a 24-month period for £79.99.
