Microsoft Issues First Public Windows 7 RTM
Microsoft is set to release the very first public Windows 7 RTM to Technet and Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) some time today. The firm announced it is done with the final stages of the new operating system, and official release is slated this October.Microsoft public beta version will only be available in English language, however other languages will be added in October.
Microsoft suffered a big blow when pirated copies of Windows 7 fanned out in p2p sites. The firm immediately deactivated the leaked activation key to stop the spread.
Users could get the Windows 7 Home Premium final version for £149.99. Professional and Ultimate editions will cost £219.99 and £229.99 respectively.
