Lenovo Launches New Thinkpad

Lenovo currently disclosed a powerful quad-core mobile workstation, the ThinkPad W700. The new mobile workstation is intended to lure high-end gamers and power users.


Thinkpad W700 is equipped with dual internal hard drives which can also be configured with at most 8GB of memory plus 2GB of Intel Turbo Memory. It also has high-end discrete video cards and dual hard drives with a Blu-Ray burner.



According to some analysts, Lenovo's new venture outruns other desktop workstations which will eventually be a hit in the market. Lenovo is targeting the market of multimedia professionals. The ThinkPad W700 will soon be commercially available next month starting at $2,978.
