Kaspersky has announced the making of its latest internet security suite 2010. The package will highlight new tools capable eliminating internet security threats.

Kaspersky plans to release the version on July, which will tackle issues with file-based malware.

Kaspersky Lab CEO Eugene Kaspersky said in a statement, "Tens of thousands of new malicious programs appear worldwide every day. Cybercrime has become a multimillion pound industry, demonstrating exponential growth. The routine hazards posed each day by viruses, worms and Trojans are surpassed by new threats like distributed zombie networks made up of millions of computers."

"The sheer scale of the problem means it is no longer possible to ensure complete security using only conventional signature-based and heuristic protection methods; the new malware landscape calls for new comprehensive protection methods," Kaspersky further stated.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 sports a Safe Run feature, which combines virtualization capabilities. Another highlight would be a rescue disk designed to restart an extremely infected PC. A tool to assess the PC's behaviral trend during malware attack is also to be expected.

The suite will be sold at £39.99 per year for Vista 32/64-bit users, and £49.99 per year for 3-desktop license. Customers renewing their licenses will only get to pay £31.99 for the package, and  £39.99 for the licenses.
