iPhone Bests Other Brands in Customer Satisfaction Survey

In a poll by RBC Capital and ChangeWave Research, 99 percent of 3G users claimed they are ither very or somewhat satisfied with their device.
 

Palm managed to get 87 percent, where 40 users were polled. 

 

“It is the highest score ever recorded in our Palm satisfaction surveys and above all other manufacturers except Apple and RIM," RBC analyst Mike Abramsky said. 

 

Abramsky further noted that a number of Palm pre users were new to the platform. However, some experts believe Palm faces a tough road for the next few months. 

 

Among the things iPhone users liked about the device is its touchscreen interfact, easy navigation, and its variety of third party apps. The top three complaints include AT&T's network coverage, short battery life, and lack of IT support.

 

The survey further revealed that around 20 percent of PGS users were previously using iPhone. About 18 percent of the users came form Motorola, 11 percent from Nokia, nine percent from RIM, and six percent from Palm.
