Intel Consolidates European Research

Intel is to reorganise its European research division under the banner of the Intel Labs Europe (ILE) project. The initial focus of research will cover visual computing, software development, enterprise solutions, green computing, advanced microprocessor research and high-performance computing.



ILE will be headed up by Dr Martin Curley, global director of IT services innovation at Intel, and professor of technology and business innovation at the National University of Ireland in Maynooth.
