Dead Battery Gets Customers a New iPad

IT company Apple has decided to make something extraordinary for the users of its newest IT product - the iPad. If the product needs IT Support when talking about dead batteries, customers have to send it back to Apple service centres, so that they wouldn't have to change the battery themselves. The IT company wrote on its Internet site that it's much easier to simply change the malfunctioning iPad with a new one.

The IT company wrote on its website that "If your iPad requires service due to the battery’s diminished ability to hold an electrical charge, Apple will replace your iPad for a service fee. Before you submit your iPad for service, it is important to sync your iPad with iTunes to back up your contacts, calendars, email account settings, bookmarks, apps, etc. Apple is not responsible for the loss of information when servicing your iPad." The total fee of a replacement is 105.95 dollars, so the fee is not big, but the problem is the fact that the new iPad won't have any of a user's personal data.
