Cisco Sends Out Security Alerts
Cisco Systems, Inc. is warning its users of various security flaws.The first is located in the company's Access Control Server (ACS) offering. Attackers could hit the server resulting to a denial of service. Another flaw exists in all current versions of ACS for Windows and Cisco Secure ACS Solution Engine. The Radius communications is also at risk as cyber criminals could send specially-crafted RADIUS authentication data packet sent to the server. Furthermore, six vulnerabilities were discovered in its ASA 5500 adaptive security and pix security appliances. The company has already distributed a patch and has advised its customers to apply the most recent updates.
