Check Point Launches New Security Suite for SMEs

Check Point has recently launched an updated version of its security package designed to cater the needs of small and medium businesses. The software, ZoneAlarm Extreme Security 2010, offers 256-bit AES hard disk encryption which secures laptops when lost or stolen.
 

Check Point used its enterprise and government-grade Endpoint Security Full Disc Encryption solution on ZoneAlarm, securing all computer data. Users are also given access to the software’s password recovery service if they forget their log in information.

 

ZoneAlarm’s other features include Advanced Download Protection functionality which conducts a routine check on downloaded programs. It also has an improved scanning engine which makes detection and malware removal far easier and quicker. It offers an operating system firewall, as well as virtual browsing which enables users to surf the web fully protected from attacks launched through browser exploits.
