Apple Releases Next iPod Nano Generation

Apple finally unveiled the rumored 4th generation of iPod Nano at the "Let's Rock" event last September 9. The new model sports a huge capacity of 16GB and 8 GB with a very slim built distributed in different set of colors. It has, however, the same wide screen as it had with the previous versions, with hi-res display included.


Apple added an accelerometer for auto rotating the screen, together with its "shake to shuffle" feature. The new iPod is also enhanced with Genius playlist maker, activated by holding down the center button of the clickwheel.  Its battery life has been improved to 24 hours of music and four hours of video. And in keeping with today's eco-friendly products, it has an arsenic-free glasss, BFR-free, Mercury-free, PVC-free and highly recyclable materials.



iPod lovers get to spend (£109) for the 8GB version and (£149) for the 16GB.
