Another iPhone Vulnerabilities Identified
Aviv Raff, a security researcher has found two vulnerabilities in iPhone. First is the URL display flaw in iPhone's Mail that could enable an attacker to transmit messages that consist of malicious URL appearing to be legit. Another flaw found is with the iPhone Mail application. It immediately downloads images in messages with HTML format. The very first iPhone vuln was found last year. It allowed attackers to steal any data from the device or even turn it into a remote surveillance tool. That was just the beginning as many exploits have been identified months after the device was launched.
Apple has continuously released patches for every flaw on its toucscreen handset. However, it seems like crooks always find their way to exploit the device as more and more people are lured to use the iPhone.
