Windows 7 Gets Anti-Piracy Cop

In order to take care of its validation process, Microsoft has decided to get a new IT service on its IT product - Windows 7. This particular IT service will allow users to have only genuine copies of the operating system on their PCs and they haven't installed hacks or had activation exploits, according to the IT company. It's called the Windows Activation Technologies Update and it will see any irregular software.

The trick with this thing is that the IT company doesn't want to lose money it comes to Windows 7 because the software can be downloaded for free is using the Internet but users have to buy an activation code. But, as hackers don't want to waste their money when they can have the product for free, why not do so. Joe William, general manager for Microsoft's Genuine Windows program said that "the update will determine whether Windows 7 installed on a PC is genuine and will better protect customers' PCs by making sure the integrity of key licensing components remains intact."
