iMac Suffers of Yellow Fever
iMac Suffers of Yellow Fever
IT company Apple has decided to acknowledge the fact that its IT product - the iMac has been suffering from a bug that causes the so called yellow fever. IT Support was needed from December, when the bug was first reported. The problem was that this bug made the screen of the iMac to be tinted yellow. Last December, the IT services provider stopped shipping the 27in iMac because of this problem. Also, there was a two-week delay when talking about iMac shipments, but Apple didn't want to see the fact that the problem was caused by this bug and stated that the reason of the yellow screen was the huge demand for the revamped all-in-one. But now, the company finally said that "We've addressed the issues that caused display flickering and yellow tint. Customers concerned that their iMac is affected should contact AppleCare." The good thing is that even though Apple didn't acknowledge the problem until now, customers coming for help were treated well.
