We have noticed a considerable number of visitors are our competitors so we thought we would talk to you.
At Littlefish we are always on the lookout for new suitable businesses to buy, we have grown rapidly since 2002 and continue to do so. Much of our growth has come from organic customer development but we are now also looking to grow through acquisitions.
- Maybe you didn’t think you wanted to sell but now you’re interested?
- Maybe you have been thinking about it for a while and have been looking for the right route?
- Maybe you’re looking to retire, and want a lump sum payment?
It’s not an easy process to sell any business but we try to make it as simple as possible at the early stages to find out if it’s suitable for both parties.
Our core requirements are:
- Your pricing model must be similar to ours for IT Support, a simple hourly service per month or an all inclusive flat fee. You can view our models by clicking below:
- Your IT Support contracts must total at least £10,000 per month, businesses smaller than this unfortunately struggle to fit into our model.
- Your largest client should not be more than 30% of your monthly revenue; we are looking for a well balanced client base.
- Product sales do not form more that 20% of your annual profits. We have found some interesting businesses but unfortunately IT Support was not their core activity and that’s what we are looking for.
- You must be Microsoft Certified, this helps us try and benchmark your business skill level.
- At least 3 years’ complete accounts available. It’s very rare we look into a younger company purely on the time it takes to build solid IT support contract income.
- Geographically you are not based in Cornwall, Devon, Suffolk or Northern Scotland.
We insist on full NDA (Non Disclosure Agreements) and Non-competition agreements to protect both parties.
If you meet these requirements we are happy to begin talks. The first step is to email us so we can exchange NDAs and NCAs.
