A sole contractor who needed additional IT training and security software installation.
Needed to be in line with current policy on security for laptop users.
As a sole worker, this client was concerned that should the laptop used as the sole IT resource be stolen, highly confidential information stored on that machine could be accessed. When requested by their employer to seek additional security measures, this client contacted us as an authorised retailer of PGP Full Disk Encryption. In order to provide the best service possible, we installed the program and trained the client on how to use this program, for which our client was really grateful. Not being the most confident IT user, this gave the client the skills needed to use this program and moving forwards the additional functionality that is available from the PGP portfolio of products.
Although this client’s IT support requirements will always be minimal, we will always be on hand to provide this client with support on an hour-by-hour basis, as and where we’re required.
