Now a large commercial surveyors practice, this client has grown from it’s original partnership size, to a large and busy office team. Based in the East Midlands, the team now includes both home workers and field-based employees.


SCENARIO

The modern dilemma – this client had internal personnel with good IT knowledge but who didn’t have enough time to do both the IT support, their proper jobs and grow the business at the same time.


SOLUTION

From the start, Littlefish provided not only IT Support for issues, but also provided the IT hardware procurement services for them as they grew in size. From an initial partnership who had a good working IT knowledge, working with them, we have installed and successfully grown their network to cope with their increase in staff members and the IT Support demands thereof.

As their broadband providers, we monitor and maintain their connectivity to ensure that they’re working when they need to be.

Designing a suitable backup solution to provide them with a disaster recovery plan was one of the issues that worked on with them, to enable them to re-establish their network in event of an issue with their offices. As now one of the most prolific and successful surveyors in the East Midlands, we still support their everyday requirements as well as their continued growth and expansion.
