A large group of restaurants and hotels requiring UK-Wide IT Support, 24/7/365 for all IT Support issues.


SCENARIO

Initially needed 24/7/365 support for two locations across two counties, covering one established location and one growing site. In order to free up time for our client contact, they needed one point of contact for all IT-related issues, including hardware procurement and website hosting.


SOLUTION

Working with this client, we developed our out-of-hours IT support systems to ensure we were on hand when our client needed us. As the group has expanded, our IT support service too has grown to include four new locations and more products, including remote backup solutions, guest wifi access system and dedicated hosted servers to cope with the increased volume of email traffic the group now generates.

Effective equipment management has always been key for this client – keeping downtime to a minimum is an obvious priority. From timely replacements to emergency UPS deliveries, we’ve always provided a solution to support them.
